Since Dominion announced the ASPEN-GOLDEN proposal in Summer 2023,  the Lansdowne Conservancy’s  NOTOWERSON7 Movement has grown from an initial group of  concerned neighbors, to an effort led by Loudoun County itself.  The undergrounding effort is supported by our Member of Congress for Virginia's 10th District, Loudoun County delegates to the Virginia General Assembly, local townships, regional historic and environmental associations, neighborhood associations, businesses, churches, and schools.
